We’re Erik and Emma—founders of Property Management by E&E, LLC—and we believe in honest work, quality craftsmanship, and treating every yard like our own.

After years of working for other landscaping companies and perfecting our trade, we decided to launch our own business to serve our neighbors throughout Northeast Ohio. With roots in the community and a passion for building beautiful, functional spaces, we started E&E with one goal in mind: to create dream yards for every client.

From simple lawn care to custom hardscapes, we approach every project with the same pride and professionalism—no matter the size or budget. We’re hands-on owners, meaning you’ll work directly with us from consultation to completion.
